My coaching approach- Coaching has become a popular modality and there are many different types of coaches to choose from. I am a health and wellness coach. I work with my clients to identify areas in life that need extra awareness and then teach them tools to improve those areas in order to reach optimum health. My goal is to guide my clients to better health by looking at all aspects of health including mental health, physical health and spiritual health. I work with clients to find the root cause of their dis-ease and then provide many tools to choose from to help people move forward in life and get to a more content place. I place a large emphasis on the pillars of health: Nutrition, Exercise, and Mental well-being.
Coaching Options
One on One Coaching- During these sessions I provide focused attention on the individual needs of each client. We will identify your core and limiting beliefs and come up with a health plan that will help you move past them. Together we will look at all aspects of your life and identify the areas that need improvement and learn the necessary tools to create change in your life. These sessions can be done in person or online.
Corporate Wellness- One of the best ways to increase your company's productivity is to promote a healthy work environment and overall employee wellness. What better way to build a healthy corporate culture than to bring wellness into the work place. The needs of every company are different and that is why I do an individual assessment of each company to identify the needs of your unique employees. Wellness options can range from team building exercises, conflict resolution, nutritional counseling (especially in the break room), and on site wellness visits from massage therapist and acupuncturists, personalized health plans, guided meditation, exercise classes and more. Give your company the gift of a healthy staff and bottom line. This program can be done in person, online, or a combination of both. I also offer pod casts, workshops and webinars to promote a healthy work force, even from a distance.
