It has been a dream of mine to create a truly sustainable and ecologically responsible wellness center in my beloved Costa Rica. That dream is becoming a reality. We are constructing a new center on a truly rugged beautiful piece of rainforest that is truly inspirational and healing. We are honored to be able to share this sacred space with others as you join us on the journey of cultivating lasting health and wellbeing. We invite you to come and experience this truly restorative setting as we reconnect with ourselves and nature. The abundance of life, nature and resources on this mountain is something to be cherished and shared with as many who are willing to make the journey. We are creating a retreat center where people can come and experience a healing lifestyle.  Our retreat center integrates many modalities in order to create a transformational and healing environment for all who participate. Treatment modalities include Oriental Medicine, Holistic Medicine, Western Medicine, nutrition, coaching, acupuncture, yoga, meditation, Qi Gong, connecting with nature and more.
