In this 7 day Retreat, you will:

 

• Upon your arrival, you will recieve a complete Ayurveda Consultation (from 1 - 3 hours)

• You will enjoy three light, vegetarian, ayurvedic meals per day, designed to cleanse and balance your body.  

• Throughout your stay, you will participate in four x one-hour meetings to discuss specific asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation(s), use of herbs, essential oils and food to support in balancing your dosha (your ayurvedic body type) 

• Daily yoga classes

• A Traditional Indian Head Massage, which is a very popular and healing Ayurvedic Treament

• Transportation to and from Liberia International Airport
